Frequently asked questions about purchasing a voucher
You can find all of your previous purchases under My Account. With every order you will also see the link to download your voucher file.
Please note that vouchers must be printed out when they are redeemed.
After purchasing your M1 voucher, it is available in your customer account under “My Orders”. You will also receive the download link for the voucher you have purchased by email. The voucher must be printed out to be accepted.
The postal voucher is currently not available for purchase in the online shop. However, you can purchase the voucher of any value on site at any M1 clinic.
Yes, you can purchase the voucher with any value on site in our M1 clinics.
The M1 gift voucher will be sent as a PDF voucher to the email address specified in the order order. This can be redeemed in all M1 Med Beauty locations. Print out the voucher yourself and hand it over personally.
- Please note that PDF vouchers can only be redeemed if they have been printed out.
- Vouchers that are purchased as part of a discount campaign can be combined with other discount campaigns.. Promotional vouchers are NOT redeemable for surgery.
- No cash payment possible. The monetary value can be redeemed with a single purchase or gradually.
The voucher, especially if it was purchased as a postal voucher, cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Treat your gift voucher like cash and always keep it in a safe place.
A PDF voucher that you have not yet printed out can be found in your customer account – My Orders.
If you cannot complete the payment via PayPal due to an error, the order will be automatically canceled after a short period. There are no costs for you.
You can then simply place a new order and choose a different payment method.
Orders are automatically canceled if the payment via PayPal is not completed immediately afterwards (maximum 60 minutes).
If you pay late, the payment cannot be correctly assigned to the order and you may not receive your purchased voucher in this case.
So please simply place a new order. There are no additional costs for you.

If you want to cancel an order, simply reply to the order confirmation by email. We take care of the rest.

Unfortunately, with some email providers, the email with the activation link ends up in the spam folder.
So make sure to check the spam folders after registering.
